Panel Processing has more paint line capacity than any other fabricator. Our lines run an environmentally friendly water-based baked-on enamel finish. Water based or UV fill coats can be applied to hardboard, HDF, MDF and particleboard. A scratch and mar resistant UV top coat will give the finished product many of the performance characteristics of roll melamine in vertical applications.

Panel Processing can match “All the Colors of the Rainbow” for your project. PPI Coatings, our in-house paint company, will match your special color. This guarantees that the paint will be ready to meet your lead-time requirements.

Custom color matched paint does not require huge minimums, like low pressure laminate. The color palette is nearly unlimited, unlike stock colors from melamine and laminate manufacturers.
